Users of the app must be of legal drinking age according to the laws of the country where they are located. The user is responsible for complying with local laws.

3. Liability:

Tappie is not liable for any damage, destruction, health issues, or excessive drinking resulting from the use of the app. The app is meant to be used in a fun and responsible way. Users are responsible for their own behavior while using the app. Drink responsibly.

5. In-app Purchases:

In the app, you can purchase premium lifetime access, which unlocks all features of the app. You can also unlock individual game modes. There is also a subscription available, which charges a fixed monthly fee and continues until the user cancels it, which can be done on a monthly basis. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by local law.

6. Intellectual Property:

All challenges and games in the app are owned by Tappie Games. It is not allowed to use, copy, distribute, or otherwise disclose this content without permission, unless written approval is obtained from Tappie Games.

7. Apple and Google Store Terms:

In addition to these terms, you must comply with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms applicable to your device. Refer to the respective platforms for more information.

8. Updates:

Tappie reserves the right to update the app regularly. These updates and changes to the terms will be communicated via the update notes in the App Store and Play Store.

9. Termination of Use:

Tappie reserves the right to deny a user access to the app if they:

• Misuse the app.
• Do not meet the legal drinking age requirements.
• Resell app content or otherwise violate these terms.

10. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. In the event of disputes, users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands. Local laws may also apply depending on the user's jurisdiction.

12. Licensing:

In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, the user may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligations with respect to the app.

Users and Tappie acknowledge that Tappie is responsible for addressing any claims by users or third parties related to the app, including but not limited to product liability claims, non-compliance with legal requirements, and claims related to consumer protection or privacy laws.

19. Intellectual Property Rights:

In the event of a third-party claim that the app or a user's use of the app infringes on intellectual property rights, Tappie is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.

20. Legal Compliance:

The user represents and warrants that they are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and they are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
